Automatic renewal unless cancelled

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Maintain the security of your account credentials

Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our algorithms

Not to introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

InvestiLand provides informational analysis only. Our service does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. All investment decisions are made at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvestiLand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits or investment losses.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our service are owned by InvestiLand and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within San Francisco County, California to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Most user concerns can be resolved quickly and to the user's satisfaction by contacting us at investiland@klanatech.com. In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve a complaint you may have to your satisfaction (or if we have not been able to resolve a dispute it has with you after attempting to do so informally), we each agree to resolve those disputes through binding arbitration or small claims court instead of in courts of general jurisdiction. Arbitration is more informal than a lawsuit in court. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury, allows for more limited discovery than in court, and is subject to very limited review by courts.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Klana Tech Ltd. and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
